Only tents reserved through College Station Tent and Event are allowed in the team tent area — no pop-up tents permitted.
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive a formal confirmation that your team tent is reserved. Tent costs will be covered by The City Of College Station. The deadline to submit a request is July 24 5pm CST. Team Tent locations will be emailed out on July 28.
