The NCAA West Preliminary Round will take place May 28th–31st, and we’re excited to provide top-quality team tent setups for your athletes.

Please submit your request by filling out the form below.

Only tents reserved through College Station Tent and Event are allowed in the team tent area — no pop-up tents permitted.

Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive a formal estimate and payment link to complete your reservation. Please note: tents are not reserved until payment is received.
