Customer Will Call allows you to pick up and return rental items directly from our warehouse instead of scheduling delivery. This option is best suited for smaller events and customers who have their own transportation and setup team.

All pickups and returns take place at our warehouse located at:

1590 North Harvey Mitchell Parkway, Bryan, TX 77803

With this option, you are responsible for pickup, transportation, setup, takedown, and returning the items during your scheduled time.

 

How the Process Works

  • Step 1: Submit the Request Form

    Complete the Customer Will Call form below with the following information.

  • Step 2: Review & Submit Payment

    Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and send you an official rental quote and a secure payment link.

  • Step 4: Pickup & Return

    We will confirm your scheduled pickup and return times. All pickups and returns must be scheduled in advance during warehouse hours.

Important Information

  • A valid credit card on file is required

  • Customers are responsible for proper transportation and securing items during transit

  • Items must be returned clean and in the same condition

  • Missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly

  • Late returns may result in additional rental fees
