As your event day approaches, our team is already preparing behind the scenes—reviewing your order, confirming logistics, and making sure everything is ready to go. We’ll coordinate timing, location details, and any special instructions ahead of arrival so there are no surprises.
On setup day, our crew arrives within the scheduled window and gets to work right away. We handle the full installation of your tent and any additional rentals, making sure everything is placed correctly and securely. From staking or weighting the tent to adjusting for ground conditions, every detail is handled with safety and precision in mind.
Once everything is in place, we do a final walkthrough of the setup to ensure it meets our standards and is ready for your guests. At this point, your space is fully transformed and ready for you to bring your event to life.
During your event, you can relax knowing your setup was professionally installed and designed to hold up throughout the day. If you’ve added accessories like sidewalls, fans, or lighting, those are all installed and ready to go before guests arrive.
After your event wraps up, our team returns at the pre-scheduled time for breakdown and pickup. We work efficiently to remove all rental items while being respectful of your space. Our goal is to leave the area clean and just as we found it—no added stress for you at the end of a long day.
